About Us

In 2004, Wes Sutherland was working as a Communication Technician for BC Rail and part-time with the BC CrackMaster Concrete franchise in Prince George. When the opportunity presented itself to purchase the Edmonton CrackMaster Concrete franchise, Wes jumped at it. With his long-time, nine-month pregnant wife by his side, Wes was Alberta bound!

Wes never once regretted the decision to move his family to Alberta.

“The CrackMaster Concrete Pro-Series® crack injection products are unbeatable and I knew I could provide an exceptional level of customer service to homeowners in Edmonton. We decided to go for it and have never looked back!”

Wes worked hard and found success repairing foundation cracks. And in the years to follow he repaired a lot more – 300 homes in the first two years and more than 1,200 to date.

“As our experience with crack repair grew, so did our exposure to many clients with a range of foundation repair needs. Further local training and in the United States has allowed us to branch out and offer a full range of services to address these needs.”

In 2008, Wes and his crew began offering waterproof membranes and weeping tile on both new and existing foundations. In 2009, underpinning was added and in 2010, additional engineered solutions were added including PWF wall installations.

“In 2012, we expanded our services again to offer slab-jacking to our clients to help avoid water intrusion due to sunken concrete around the exterior of their homes. Meeting the demands of Edmonton homeowners required we evolve far beyond CrackMaster Concrete Edmonton. To better reflect our expansion and that we are now a full-service foundation repair and waterproofing company, we changed our name to LETY Construction Ltd.”

Remembering his roots, Wes will proudly continue as a CrackMaster Concrete franchisee, using their exclusive Pro-Series® products for foundation crack injections.
