Horizontal and Settlement Cracks – Engineered Stability

Both horizontal and settlement cracks (vertical cracks that are in a “v” shape, wider at the top, fine at the bottom) require a structural repair as they typically indicate structural pressure or movement within the foundation. Working in conjunction with a structural engineer, LETY Construction’s team provide solutions including Preserved Wood Foundations (PWF) and underpinning.
