Wes Sutherland

Manager, Operations & Estimating

Wes has been LETY Construction Owner & Estimator for over 20 years.  There are times when he’s hitting the tools with his crew, but his typical day involves meeting with clients in their homes- his favourite part of the job!

“Clients are often worried when they have a crack in their foundation or water coming in. My job is to listen to their concerns, properly diagnose the issue, and clearly lay out what we can do to help and the best option for repair.”

When he’s not working, Wes loves spending time with his family. He particularly enjoys fishing and boating in the summer, and coaching & playing hockey in the winter.

Rachelle Sutherland

Manager, Client Relations

Rachelle was born and raised in northern BC. She earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Northern British Columbia in 2003 and has a background in fundraising for several major healthcare institutions. In 2008 she devoted her full attention to LETY Construction and became the Client Relations Manager - and she’s never looked back!

I help homeowners understand what is happening with their foundation and guide them through the repair process, start to finish. My goal is to ensure clarity between what our clients expect and what happens on the job. It’s a great day when I can turn a stressful, overwhelming situation into one where our clients feel informed, confident and taken care of.

When she’s not working, Rachelle enjoys spending time boating, swimming and being in the kitchen cooking for anyone that loves to eat.

Leah Sutherland

Office Manager

Leah started with LETY Construction two years ago as an admin assistant and shop hand, and has since moved into the role of Office Manager. Before making the switch, she worked in the automotive industry as an apprentice.

“Working in a small company is unique. I can go from working on solutions for a client one day, to meeting them on site for material delivery the next. I enjoy getting to be a part of these projects from start to finish. Helping our clients shift from being concerned during the initial call to being relieved by the end of the project is refreshing. It makes me feel like we’re really making a difference for them, like we’re doing a good thing.”

Leah enjoys all things mechanical and has several project vehicles that occupy her spare time. She also enjoys fishing trips with her dad, trips to the mountains, and quality time with friends and family.

Vadym wears several hats within the company. When he’s not running the crew on site, he specializes in crack injections and is a true professional at what he does.

Vadym enjoys going to the gym and eating good food. He also has a passion for cars and motorcycles, and even works with his dad and brother in a family owned business of their own.
